TLC Star Amy Roloff Delivers Inspirational Speech to Rollings Funeral Service Managers and Batesville Employees

As one of the largest private funeral home owners in the eastern United States, Greg Rollings is a true believer in personal development and planning. He puts that into practice each year by bringing his managers together for a strategy planning process. Recently, they spent several days together at Jawacdah Farm, the Hillenbrand family private retreat outside of Batesville, Indiana.

Before heading back to their respective locations, Rollings treated his team – and a group of about 100 Batesville Casket associates – to an inspirational presentation by Amy Roloff, star of the hit reality show, “Little People, Big World.” Born with achondroplasia dwarfism, Amy’s experiences have taught her to turn “can’t” into “why not?” With her trademark honesty and humor, she shared the strategies that have worked for her in overcoming life’s challenges.

“We consider it an honor to host Greg and his team every year, and are always grateful for the opportunity to gain inspiration from another person’s life experiences,” said Mari Jo Moody, vice president of human resources for Batesville.

Rollings Funeral Service provides personalized service to families through its funeral homes in Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina, New York, and Pennsylvania.
