Orlando, FL – Foundation Partners Group, a leading provider of innovative funeral, cemetery and cremation experiences and products, has announced the acquisition of Flahiff Funeral Chapels and Crematory in Caldwell and Homedale, Idaho. The acquisition of the firm expands Foundation Partners’ network in Southwest Idaho to four locations.
“The acquisition of Flahiff Funeral Chapels is a great example of our strategy to expand our existing networks in key markets like Southwest Idaho” stated Bob Bukala, President and CEO of Foundation Partners. “The staff at Flahiff have shown a dedication to providing exceptional, compassionate care for generations of families in the Caldwell area and we’re thrilled they have chosen to become part of the Foundation Partners family.
“While our business has grown successfully for more than 65 years, joining Foundation Partners will enable our funeral homes to achieve a new level of success while providing new opportunities and benefits to our employees,” said Adam Krause, Flahiff’s owner and general manager. “With added industry expertise and technology such as the ShareLife® multi-sensory experience, we are confident in being able to continue our tradition of serving our community with highly personal and compassionate care.”
Flahiff Funeral Chapels was founded in Caldwell, Idaho in 1952 by Charles and Lucy Flahiff, to provide the very finest in care to the families in the Treasure Valley community. Krause purchased the business from the Flahiff family in 2010 and will continue to work with the firm post acquisition.
“We continue to explore partnerships with the very best independent funeral homes, cremation centers and cemeteries in the country,” stated Erin Whitaker, Vice President of Business Development at Foundation Partners. “We are pleased to welcome the employees of Flahiff Funeral Chapels to the Foundation Partners family.”
