FrontRunner Professional Releases the 2016 Technology Center Schedule

FrontRunner today announced the 2016 schedule of events for the new FrontRunner Technology Center.  The center represents FrontRunner’s ongoing commitment to set a higher standard, and provides all the tools and resources to help funeral professionals truly excel in today’s market.

The new state-of-the-art 6,500 square foot facility features monthly two-day sessions for FrontRunner clients and those looking to learn more about FrontRunner’s technology and marketing services to learn in-person, the unique and comprehensive offerings of the FrontRunner solutions. This two-day session will also help attendees devise a plan to dominate their local cremation market.

Additionally, the Technology Center will host a quarterly two-day Marketing, Personalization and Diversification workshop for clients in the FrontRunner Exclusive Client Program. This two-day event will help them develop a completely integrated marketing plan for their funeral home while building a strategy to grow and diversify into new markets for ultimate business success. Through this program and two-day event, clients will have exclusive access to comprehensive and tightly integrated marketing programs, complete with SEO and Social Media services designed to help them excel and take advantage of new market opportunities.

“When we launched the Technology Center in the later part of 2015, we knew it would be exactly what funeral homes needed to overcome the challenges they face today” says Ashley Montroy, Marketing Director of FrontRunner Professional. “The 2016 Technology Center courses have been designed to help attendees develop a plan for their next 5 years in business. We want to give them to tools, knowledge and skills they need to increase their market share and work smarter, and with so many funeral professionals already booked in, we can’t wait to kick off this year’s events” continues Montroy.

Matt Wren from Irvine Memorial was thrilled to attend one of the monthly 2-day sessions in the Center’s first year. “It was a fantastic workshop. It was probably the most interesting and best value seminar I have attended in a very long time” says Matt Wren of Irvine Memorial. “You and your team are cutting edge and I hope clients and funeral professionals at large take advantage of the opportunity to take part in the programs you are providing” adds Wren.

The facility will feature the new Wyland TributeArt Gallery that will be open to visitors from around the world and as a showcase to show select FrontRunner clients how they too can offer these fine art bronze memorials in their own facilities. The Technology Center is nestled in Kingston’s historic waterfront community making visits as memorable as they are educational. The adjoining Delta Hotel will act as FrontRunner’s corporate accommodations partner, making everything conveniently located. And, with Kingston’s downtown bustling with great theater, events, restaurants, bars, and nightspots, visitors will want to extend their stays.
