Kyle & Associates To Purchase Funeral Profit Protectors, LLC
Kyle & Associates is pleased to announce that it has signed a letter of intent to purchase Funeral Profit Protectors, a Kentucky LLC. The new combined entity will retain the name Kyle & Associates. The corporate offices will be located in Hebron, Indiana. Terms of the sale were not made public. The sale becomes effective December 31, 2014.
Funeral Profit Protectors, LLC, a leading nationwide funeral business consulting company, which specializes in assisting family, owned and operated funeral home owners, was founded by funeral industry veteran Christopher Kuhnen, LFD, CPC. Kyle & Associates, one of the pre-need industry’s foremost independent marketers, was founded in October 2007, by national award winning pre-need sales counselor Alice A. Kyle, CPC. Kyle & Associates specializes in providing customized pre-need sales, marketing, training, program development and aftercare services to independently owned and operated funeral homes.
Alice A. Kyle, CPC will retain the title of CEO and President and oversee the day to day operations. Kyle & Associates currently serves over a dozen clients spread out over Indiana, Illinois and Kentucky. The projected first year gross revenue is expected to be in excess of $3.7 million.
