Director On Call Awarded for 15 Years of Exceptional Service

The CAM-X Diamond Plus Award Recognizes the Excellent Service of Our Amazing Team!

At the Fairmont Chateau Laurier in Ottawa, Ontario, Director On Call received the Award of Excellence for Outstanding Service from the Canadian Call Management Association on September 26th, 2014.

Director On Call received the Diamond Plus Award for fifteen years of Award Winning Service!

“It is exciting to win the Award of Excellence for the 15th year in a row.” says Training Supervisor Kelly Shaver (pictured at far left). “What makes me proud of us winning this award is that it’s the strive for excellence from each call specialist. We all work very hard for both our funeral homes and their families, and to be recognized for that should make everyone here feel very proud.”

In order to be recognized by the Award of Excellence Program from CAM-X, a call specialist must score at least 80% or higher on various criteria from ring count and hold time to voice quality and knowledge/confidence. A call specialist will receive a call looking like it’s from a funeral home when it actually is a CAM-X judge calling. They are then be scored on how they handle that phone call.
