It doesn’t matter if you are choosing a casket, burial vault, or website supplier, what are the 3 most important things you look for?

This question stems from multiple conversations I have had with different funeral industry suppliers who say funeral professionals don’t care about quality or even relationships anymore, that the only think that matters is price.
