Why We Have Too Few Women Leaders In Funeral Service

The funeral profession has always been a ‘boys club’. Women have not been present like they should. The tide is turning some as more that 51% of mortuary school students are women.

There is no reason why women can’t be leaders in the funeral profession. I’m all for it.
