Tukios, a technology platform serving thousands of funeral homes across North America, will launch a free case management solution at the 2026 NFDA International Convention & Expo. The event takes place October 26–28 at the Charlotte Convention Center. Funeral professionals can view the first live demonstrations at booth 1846 and apply for early access through a beta program.
System Integration and AI Features
The new case management functionality is built directly into the Tukios website management platform, eliminating the need to purchase, learn, or synchronize a separate system. The software integrates with Heardstone, the Tukios AI agent, enabling arrangement details to automatically update across the system without duplicate data entry.
“For the past 16 years we have been building the products that our clients ask for. This is no different. We are trying to meet the needs of our partner funeral homes,” said Curtis Funk, CEO of Tukios. “We’re excited to share what we’ve built in Charlotte, and we want directors to help shape it with us through the beta.”
Live Demonstrations and Beta Program
Full product details and release schedules will be announced during the convention. Attendees can view live demonstrations at Tukios booth 1846 during Expo hours from October 26–28, 2026.
Funeral directors interested in early access can sign up at the booth or online at www.tukios.com/beta. Selected beta participants will receive early access to the software and direct communication with the Tukios product development team.
