One day after introducing ChptrOne, Chptr is presenting its marketing model at the 2026 NFDA International Convention & Expo. At Booth #1647, funeral professionals can access Chptr Studios for complimentary 15-minute media sessions spanning TV, podcast, and social content, with production managed entirely by Chptr.
For firms using ChptrOne, the produced media can immediately populate campaigns across television, radio, streaming, social media, and search engines.
“The challenge is not simply creating good content. It is making sure the right people actually see it, and doing that consistently enough to matter,” said Bob Arrington, Senior Vice President of Funeral Home Services at Chptr and co-founder of ObituaryShare. “Funeral homes have powerful stories to tell and deep roots in their communities. The opportunity is to connect that voice with the distribution it needs to reach more families.”
Studio Options and Integrated Marketing Service
Chptr Studios is designed to record funeral professionals without requiring scripts or technical experience. Producers guide each recording session to capture insights, which are then edited into finished promotional assets.
The TV Studio produces 30-second commercials, while the Social Studio creates short-form videos for digital channels. The Podcast Studio, titled First Call Conversations and presented by iHeartMedia, records extended interviews with funeral professionals.
The media produced at the booth integrates into ChptrOne, a service that consolidates marketing activities across television, radio, streaming, social, and search into a single provider, invoice, and support team.
“Whether you are running one location or dozens of them, the challenge is rarely a lack of marketing activity,” said Rehan Choudhry, Founder and CEO of Chptr. “It is getting the creative, the media and the distribution working together consistently. ChptrOne is built to connect those pieces so funeral homes can spend less time managing the machinery behind marketing and more time building the kind of presence that actually compounds.”
iHeartMedia Promotion and Convention Details
Chptr is also offering an NFDA-exclusive promotion through iHeartMedia. Participating funeral homes can purchase $1,000 in local radio advertising for $500, with Chptr funding the remaining $500 balance. For funeral homes that adopt ChptrOne during the convention, Chptr will cover the full $1,000 advertising package.
“Being known before a family needs you changes the conversation when they do,” Choudhry added. “That is what year-round visibility is really about.”
Chptr Studios sessions are complimentary, and advance reservations can be made at chptr.com/nfda. Attendees can visit Chptr at Booth #1647 during the convention.
