Precoa Welcomes 42 New Million Dollar Producers to Portland Home Office
PORTLAND, Ore. — Precoa, a leading preneed funeral planning provider, recently hosted 42 new Million Dollar Producers at its corporate office in Portland. The inductees join an elite group of more than 475 Advance Funeral Planners who have individually generated $1 million or more in preneed sales within a single year, representing the highest concentration of top-tier producers in the funeral profession. The annual trip serves to recognize the dedication required to guide families through proactive funeral planning.
“These are among some of the most talented Advance Funeral Planners in the profession, and they form deep connections with families while guiding them through the experience of creating a meaningful plan,” said Brian Whittecar, Precoa senior vice president of Sales. “Our Pro model is built around supporting them so they can focus on making an impact, and we’re grateful for the opportunity to honor them during this trip.”
Fostering Community and Core Values
The gathering blended business recognition with team building, emphasizing Precoa’s core values of Progression, Kindness, and Craftsmanship. The 42 newly recognized producers joined Precoa leadership to explore the Pacific Northwest, attended an All Hands Meeting at the Portland Home Office, and gathered for a celebratory dinner alongside networking opportunities with fellow sales leaders.
“When we celebrate or honor our AFPs, we’re focused on creating unforgettable experiences, the kind they’ll talk about for years to come,” said Jessica Gold, director of Experience. “It’s about showing our partners that we see them, value their contributions, and are invested in their long-term success.”
Building a Support Ecosystem for High Performers
Precoa attributes its high concentration of top-performing AFPs to a specialized support infrastructure. The company continues to refine its lead generation channels, engagement follow-up systems, continuous coaching models, and integrated technology stack, which features tools like Sales Studio and Everplans for family planning.
This approach creates a collaborative environment where top planners exchange best practices across Precoa’s partner funeral homes nationwide. Through events like the annual recognition trip, Precoa reinforces its commitment to serving families, partner funeral homes, and field sales teams.
“What separates Precoa’s Advance Funeral Planners from others isn’t luck—it’s commitment, support, and access to proven systems,” added Trevor Winn, Precoa senior vice president of Sales & Strategic Field Operations. “Our role is to equip them with the technology, resources, and coaching they need to succeed, then celebrate them when they do.”
