Discover the Real Eco-Impact of Disposition with a New E-Course from Cremation Rocks!
Research shows that consumers across generations want eco-conscious options, and over 65% of consumers are willing to change their purchasing habits to be more “green.” A 2020 study on consumer purchasing habits by IBM Business Institute states that, “nearly six in 10 consumers surveyed are willing to change their shopping habits to reduce environmental impact. Nearly eight in 10 respondents indicate sustainability is important for them. And for those who say it is very/extremely important, over 70 percent would pay a premium of 35 percent, on average, for brands that are sustainable and environmentally responsible.” Death planning purchases are no exception to this rule, and families want to know the real eco-impact of disposition.
To help educate you (to educate families) with clear information about the impact of popular disposition methods, Cremation Rocks! and Parting Stone have launched a FREE 5-week course.

In a 2021 study by Kates Boylston Publications, research revealed that eco-conscious funerals/burials are extremely or very important to 68.2% of funeral planners, moderately important to 22.6%. Only 9.2% of death planners said environmentalism wasn’t important. It’s clear that the eco-impact of disposition matters to today’s death planners.
These numbers mean that it’s important for every funeral business to work towards offering greener disposition options as soon as possible, in order to best serve families both today and tomorrow.
With new and greener disposition options gaining popularity each year, Cremation Rocks and Parting Stone have done research to figure out the real eco-impact of disposition methods currently available in the US, and what your death planning families need to know in order to make choices that are right for their beliefs and needs.
