I just watched another entertaining (and insightful) video by Mr. Todd Van Beck.
This time he reveals the 7 Deadly Sins of Funeral Home Staff Meetings.
A couple of them are pretty funny, including the part where he talks
about the “Company Clown” – who he calls the “Wisenheimer” and how
to deal with them during your staff meeting.
