Happy Groundhog Day! Now, I’m not a superstitious guy so I don’t care much about the shadow and stuff like that. But- as you should know- I’m a BIG fan of weird animals. So, today I want to present to you a few facts about the Groundhog!
Four Hog Facts
– Groundhogs can climb trees to escape predators or survey their surroundings.
– They are capable swimmers, using this skill to evade threats or find food.
– A groundhog’s burrow system can have up to five separate entrances for safety.
– Baby groundhogs, called kits or pups, are born blind and hairless.
DON’T LET A BAD STREAM RUIN A GOOD SERVICE
MemoryShare is the only funeral webcasting service that operates using its own custom app. Funeral directors download the app on their phone or tablet, embed a link in their obituary page, set up the camera in an area where the ceremony is clearly visible, open the app, and hit record. The team at MemoryShare takes care of the rest, monitoring the livestream in real-time.
“Livestreaming so easy, your ‘I’m not techie’ staff can do it.”

Groundhog Looking at Shadow to Predict Whether or Not “Alkaline Hydrolysis” is a Scary Sounding Term
In an unprecedented twist to Groundhog Day, Punxsutawney Phil, the esteemed weather-predicting marmot, was consulted yesterday to settle a burning question in the funeral industry: “Is ‘Alkaline Hydrolysis’ a scary-sounding term?” After a brief encounter with the phrase, Phil scurried back into his burrow, confirming the industry’s suspicions: yeah. It’s pretty freaky sounding.
