Entrepreneur and marketing expert Guy Kawasaki will sign copies of the soon-to-be-released ?Enchantment: The Art of Changing Minds, Hearts and Actions,? at the International Cemetery, Cremation and Funeral Association?s 2011 Convention & Exposition, March 8-11 at Mandalay Bay in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Kawasaki will present ?The Art of Innovation? as the Convention opening keynote address, March 9 at 10 a.m. The book sale and signing will immediately follow his session, from 11 a.m. to noon during the Luncheon in the Expo Hall, and will take place at the Matthews International booth. ?Enchantment? is Kawasaki?s tenth book and will hit store shelves on March 8. ICCFA Convention attendees will be among the first to have an opportunity to have the book signed.

Kawasaki is best known for his work turning Apple into a successful and beloved brand in the mid-1980s. As Apple?s ?chief evangelist,? he developed campaigns that differentiated the company from seemingly insurmountable competition and captured the hearts of its customers.

In ?The Art of Innovation,? he?ll examine the process funeral home sand cemeteries need to undergo if they are to reinvent themselves and their ability to serve the marketplace of tomorrow. He?ll use his experience working with Apple and studying dozens of world-class companies to lay out the strategic steps needed to create new products and services, and he?ll provide specific examples of how to do that within this profession.

Kawasaki is author of 10 top-selling business and marketing books. He also will be signing ?Rules for Revolutionaries,? which explains how to create products and services and introduce them to the marketplace. Matthews International is sponsoring Kawasaki?s presentation and his book signing.

In addition to Kawasaki, several additional keynote speakers will also apply their outside expertise to the challenges facing the cemetery and funeral service profession. Neuroscientist and business executive Eric Haseltine will take help attendees re-envision their everyday work processes and output in ?The Secret Lives of Visionaries.? Consultant Juliet Funt will explore ways to de-clutter one?s personal and professional lives and to become more effective in ?Creating White Space.? And ?Good Morning America? veterinarian Marty Becker, DVM, will share his experience in helping grieving pet owners in ?You Have to Know the Heights of Love to Understand the Depths of Loss.?

Registrations are still being accepted for the Convention, and a very limited number of booths are still available in the Exposition. For details and to register, visit www.iccfaconvention.com or call 1.800.645.7700.
