Batesville Showcases Solutions for Changing Consumer Expectations at the 2026 ICCFA Annual Convention

Batesville, IN – April 21, 2026 – Batesville will showcase its latest product and technology  innovations at the 2026 ICCFA Convention at Exposition, held April 29 – May 1 in Fort Worth, Texas, highlighting how evolving consumer expectations – shaped by retail experiences – are transforming funeral service.

Featured solutions will include new ways to personalize memorial experiences across every product category and price point, from custom photo keepsakes to emerging options such as Eterneva’s custom memorial diamonds. Attendees can also explore digital tools that streamline workflows and enhance the planning experience.

“Today’s families are accustomed to seamless digital experiences – from shopping online to customizing products with just a few clicks – and they expect that same clarity, choice, and personalization when honoring a loved,” according to Jenn Parvin, SVP and Chief  Customer Officer for Batesville. “Our role is to help funeral professionals deliver that  experience in a way that is simple and intuitive.”

Parvin will lead an educational session at ICCFA focused on how funeral homes can respond by aligning technology, products, and environments to deliver more relevant,  modern experiences.
