Staying Relevant in an Evolving Marketplace

Presented by Troy Turner, SVP, Sales and Marketing, Batesville

Tuesday, August 28, 1 p.m. (EDT)

Hardly a week passes without news of another respected brand closing its stores because of falling revenues. It’s easy to blame these losses on discounters and online retailers. But in many cases, the company simply lost touch with its customers, didn’t recognize the signals in the marketplace and waited too long to react. Troy will cover some of the key trends that are changing consumers’ expectations about how they engage in funeral planning and carry out end-of-life ceremonies, and what you can do to stay relevant with the families in your community.
