FrontRunner cautions its clients against fraudulent contact from unauthorized individual

FrontRunner Professional has issued a warning to its clients after reports about fraudulent solicitations from individuals claiming to be, or implying that they are, representatives of FrontRunner. The emergence of this concerning practice is both alarming and unacceptable.

These individuals have attempted to confuse FrontRunner clients by convincing them to take a survey, and then offering new products or services. These tactics are efforts to trick clients into signing up with another service provider.

In a message to clients, FrontRunner CEO, Kevin Montroy stated, “On behalf of all of the reputable technology companies serving our profession, please accept our sincerest apologies for the highly unprofessional and unscrupulous behavior from this suspect company and individuals.”

All FrontRunner clients are encouraged to ask for a name and number of anyone claiming to be a FrontRunner representative who is demonstrating unprofessional and slanderous tactics. They are then asked to contact us immediately at 1-866-748-3625 or success@frontrunner360.com.
