Sales Manager – Orlando, FL

Sales Manager needed for a premier combo location near Orlando, Florida!! Our cemetery serves over 850 families annually, with our funeral home currently serving over 600 families out of this beautiful combo.


As Sales Manager, you’ll manage leads and be responsible for managing and coaching 15-20 Sales Professionals – acting as their primary leadership regarding customer service and satisfaction, prospecting, product knowledge, sales presentations, closing skills, prices, terms, paperwork, and sales guideline interpretation.   • Promote Sales
  • Ensure that location sales quotas are achieved
  • Recruit sales representatives
  • Provide sales staff with proper training regarding sales techniques, legal requirements, and company products, policies, and procedures
  • Review and evaluate sales staff performance
  • Handle personnel issues and problems
  • Conduct weekly sales meetings
  • Ensure all contracts/paperwork are completed and returned accurately and in a timely manner
  • Work in the field with the sales team (ride with staff on presentations)
  • High level of comfort in using computer systems within a sales environment
  • Previous experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems is a plus

Job Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Minimum of two years sales experience, preferably six years or more
  • Prior cemetery and funeral home experience
