Trigard puts NFDA Attendees in Driver’s Seat
Funeral professionals from around the country raced to Charlotte to experience the speed of Trigard as they climbed behind the wheel of Trigard’s virtual NASCAR® simulator provided by Cordell Racing at the 2012 NFDA Convention and Expo.
Three funeral professionals walked away from the Trigard booth with a pair of tickets to a NASCAR race of their choice after posting the fastest time of the day in the Trigard car. Kevin Smith, CFSP, CPC, (Winner01.jpg) from Berceuse Funeral and Cremation Traditions and R. Hayden Smith Funeral Home, posted the fastest lap time on the first day of the convention. Mark Cournoyer (Winner02.jpg) from Cournoyer Funeral Home, Inc., and Cremation Center, posted the fastest time on the second day. The final day brought another fast time from Baird Booth (Winner03.jpg) of Baird Funeral Home.
Bringing NASCAR to the expo was a natural fit for Trigard since they supply innovative plaques and signs to NASCAR and the racing industry.
“Everyone who came to Charlotte had the opportunity to see our work hanging outside the NASCAR Hall of Fame and inside the Hall of Honor,” Darby said, “From funeral service to the racing industry, we are seeing an increase in demand for our highly detailed and personalized memorials and plaques.”
