Legacy Funeral Group Acquires Four Funeral Homes and One Cemetery

(Houston, TX) Legacy Funeral Group announces the purchase of four Mississippi
funeral homes and one cemetery from Service Corporation International. Legacy
currently owns and operates James F. Webb Funeral Home, serving the Meridian
community.

Joining the Legacy family are Stephens Funeral Homes in Union, DeKalb, and Meridian
as well as Barham Funeral Home and Forest Lawn Memory Gardens in Meridian.

“These new funeral service locations provide us with additional resources to better
serve the families in Meridian, DeKalb and Union, Mississippi.” said Legacy CEO,
Michael Soper.
