FrontRunner Announces FuneralPay, a New Suite Of Tools Designed to Increase the Average Sale and Help Funeral Homes Get Paid Faster

FrontRunner Professional has announced yet another technology solution that will help funeral homes save time and money, while offering families the highest standard of service. FuneralPay is a suite of tools that enables firms to give families more flexible options for covering the costs of final expenses.

This move comes as FrontRunner’s response to the growing expectation families have of funeral homes to offer a range of options to pay for a funeral. With FuneralPay, funeral homes can take payments towards accounts online, as well as start a crowdfunding campaign to assist with final expenses. In early 2018, at-need and pre-need funeral financing will also be made available through the tool.

Designed to give families more and improve cash flow for funeral homes, FuneralPay also streamlines the insurance assignments process through an integration with C&J Financial.

The new tool is immediately available to all FrontRunner clients and can be accessed through their website or funeral management software. Because FuneralPay has been designed to be user-friendly, the onboarding process is both quick and easy, and can be completed in minutes from within the FrontRunner software.

Even with the comprehensive features of this initial release, there will be advancements announced in the near future. These will include options for family members to isolate and pay for specific parts of the contract during the arrangement using a credit card with the new FamilyShareTM feature. This will ultimately allow funeral homes to help family members experience fewer limitations when selecting funeral merchandise by enabling them to make individual contributions to an overall service for the deceased.
