WALL, N.J. – Today, more people are getting cremated than buried, and “traditional” doesn’t mean anything when it comes to funeral service.

With that comes challenges – but also opportunities. At the Cremation Innovations Summit, Dec. 15, at The Claridge in Atlantic City, New Jersey, you’ll discover how to recognize and respond to both. Learn how to:

  • Anticipate the needs and wants of families that choose cremation.

  • Create memorable experiences with or without a body present.
  • Improve search engine optimization to outrank competitors.
  • Determine what cremation families value the most – and give it to them.
  • Embrace pet cremation as a profit generator.

“With cremation continuing its upward march – it just passed 50 percent on a national level – we wanted to bring together some of the profession’s top cremation innovators and consultants to share actionable steps to deliver more meaningful experiences to cremation families,” said Thomas Parmalee, summit coordinator. “Holding our event in Atlantic City is a bonus, as it also gives our attendees the chance to enjoy great entertainment, great food and meaningful fellowship.”

Speakers at the summit include:

Welton Hong, founder of Ring Ring Marketing, will focus on “Outranking the Competition Online.”

Doug Gober, owner of Gober Strategic Capital, who will explore “What Cremation Families Really Want.”

Dan Isard, founder and president of The Foresight Companies, will seek to answer an important question in his presentation: “No Frills Cremation: Friend, Foe or Both?”

Colleen Ellis, owner of Two Hearts Pet Loss Center, will reveal secrets on “Boosting Business with Pet Cremation.”

Brent Taylor, owner of Brentwood Funeral Services, will be one of the speakers at the Cremation Innovations Summit, Dec. 15, in Atlantic City, New Jersey.
