Sich Casket appoints Jeff Tyler as National Account Director

New position will serve both distributors and funeral home customers

Sich Casket Company is pleased to announce the hiring of Jeff Tyler as National Account Director. As part of his new role, Mr. Tyler will be working with current Sich Casket distributors in providing both sales and marketing assistance as well as customer support to current clients. Mr. Tyler will also be the main contact for new inquiries from prospective funeral homes.

Mr. Tyler comes from a background of extensive sales and distributor experience, having previously worked with Moen, Black and Decker, Nestle and other well-known international corporations.

“Given the high level of interest that we’ve been receiving from funeral homes across the country, we felt the time was right to enhance the infrastructure of our U.S.-based operations,” said Sirius Chan, founder and CEO of Sich Caskets. “Jeff has already shown himself as providing phenomenal customer care and knowledgeable support while adhering to the values that Sich wants to be known for.”
