I’m Sorry to Hear Introduces the New Funerals360 Website
Funerals360 is the next generation website which provides more interactivity and connections to our funeral partners through a modern and mobile-friendly website
I’m Sorry to Hear is excited to introduce you to the all new Funerals360 . Funerals360 is the first end-to-end online funeral planning platform where consumers can find the information they need to plan a funeral in advance or at the time of need, and connect with all the funeral services they need.
All existing registered members and vendor accounts have been migrated to Funerals360. To access your new user account and manage your vendor plan and business details, reset your password by following FORGOT PASSWORD.
If you input a matching email address (it’s case sensitive), an email with instructions to reset your password will arrive soon after to complete the process.
After over 4 years of providing education on funeral related topics to hundreds of thousands of individuals and helping them find local funeral providers through ImSorryToHear.com, Funerals360 is the next generation website which provides more interactivity and connections to our funeral partners through a modern and mobile-friendly website.
Our funeral Vendor Marketplace is larger than ever with coast-to-coast coverage and reviews on local businesses including: funeral homes , florists , headstones and monuments , cemeteries , home funeral guides and educators , death doulas, Funeral Consumers Alliances , eye , organ , and body donation organizations , and many more to come.
Lead Generation. Through our updated vendor profiles, visitors can contact you directly through a new Inquiry feature, making it easier for them to get critical information and communicate directly with you in a modern and seamless fashion.
No-Risk Vendor Plans. We have new Vendor Plans that allow you to choose between paying per inquiry, monthly, or annually, and add-on services to offer your business even more visibility in Vendor Searches.
Manage all your businesses from one Dashboard. Vendor profiles are managed through your user account, meaning every user, whether consumer or vendor has their own User Account. From there, all businesses that you manage will appear in your User Dashboard , where you can view and edit your business details, read & respond to Reviews on your businesses, and view your vendor plans.
We’ve done our best to connect existing vendor emails with their profiles, however if you don’t find your business listed in your User Dashboard, please contact us with the name and address of the business you would like to manage.
Over the coming months we will be transitioning all of our members from I’m Sorry to Hear.com to Funerals360 which will be our website moving forward.
We hope you love the new Funerals360 as much as we do. Together we can make planning a funeral easier and less stressful for families in need while helping your business thrive.
