ClearPoint Names Beth Kmiec Vice President, Trust Administration
Batesville, Indiana – January 26, 2017- ClearPoint Federal Bank & Trust announced today the promotion of Beth Kmiec to the position of Vice President, Trust Administration. “Since joining ClearPoint in 2013, Beth has been instrumental in advancing our business and regulatory relationships around the country. Beth is a key contributor; driving our vision of providing exceptional customer service, delivering valuable solutions to our customers, and serving as a leader in the funeral and cemetery trust industry,” remarked ClearPoint President, George Junker.
Kmiec joined ClearPoint in 2013 as Senior Trust Administrator and has managed the Trust Administration team since May 2014. She is responsible for trust administration, client relations, as well as certain aspects of trust and legal compliance. She will continue to build on the foundation that she has established in these areas by strengthening relationships with funeral and cemetery professionals, broadening relationships with state regulators, and reaching new market segments.
Kmiec is an accomplished business and legal professional. Prior to joining ClearPoint, Ms. Kmiec worked at JP Morgan Chase Bank in Chicago in the Personal Trust Division of Asset Management as Vice President, Senior Trust Officer. She earned her B.A. in Political Science and Psychology, cum laude, from the University of Notre Dame, followed by her J.D. with a concentration in Tax Law from Loyola University in Chicago.
Active in the community, Kmiec also serves on the Board of the Girl Scouts of Central Indiana, acting as a member of the Investment Committee, and co-leads her daughter’s Girl Scout troop.
