What should you do if you work for a funeral home who is losing marketshare because the owner is a stick in the mud and won’t change the way the funeral home operates? This is a question we get all the time.

I get pretty direct in this video about my thoughts on how you should react if the funeral home you work just won’t change to address the needs of the consumer. It’s pretty simple – my MO is never to change the unchangeable but speak directly to the believers who see the need and want the help.
