We Interview The Guy Who Created Dinnerware Infused With Cremated Remains

By definition Chronicle Cremation Designs transforms a loved one’s ashes into remarkable ceramic design objects for your home.

What that really means is they mix cremated human ashes into a glaze which is used to coat bowls, vases, candle holders, coffee cups, cremation urns and other ceramic items. Basically, they allow you to drink coffee with Grandma (or out of Grandma) once she hits the afterlife.

Justin Crowe visited our office in Ohio to give us a hands on look at the products he creates. He shares with us his inspiration for starting the company, how he pushes back against the hard hitting negative feedback he immediately got from the funeral profession and how he is tackling the retail market by partnering with funeral homes.

Watch this short, under 5 minute interview and you may find a new appreciation for this wild idea.
