Funeral Director/Embalmer/Cremation Arranger – Hilton Head Island, SC
We are a cremation based full service funeral home located on Hilton Head Island, SC. Our company operates three brands, including a pet cremation service. We are seeking an enthusiastic and energetic individual to join our dedicated team.
The successful candidate will interact directly with client families to build a relationship and deliver five star service to those families and their guests. This includes completing arrangements, from the smallest detail to the largest; handling all facets of services, ensuring that each and family has the most meaningful experience possible.
Minimum requirements: Associates Degree, 3 years experience as a licensee, ability to reciprocate licensing;
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: meeting with client families to arrange and implement meaningful tributes, conduct and attend services, develop and maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers, members of the community, clergy, and caregivers as well as client families; adhere to company policy with regard to the manner in which we serve client families as well as all applicable laws and regulations; serves on call in rotation with other directors; utilize software systems in place; embalm, dress, casket, cosmetize and prepare decedents as needed, including preparation for private viewing; preparing for and conducting cremations and cremation services.
