Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania – Matthews Aurora TM Funeral Solutions (“Matthews Aurora TM”) and Homesteaders Life Company (“Homesteaders”) today announced they have reached an agreement to continue their partnership, launching an expanded version of the Price Protection Plan (“P3”) previously offered by Homesteaders and Aurora Casket Company. Now entering its 18th year, this alliance has provided millions of dollars in value and protection to funeral homes and consumers who believe in the value of advance funeral planning.

“We are pleased to be able to launch the new P3 program in partnership with Matthews Aurora TM Funeral Solutions,” stated Steve Lang, CEO of Homesteaders. “We can now offer to an even greater number of funeral home owners the opportunity to protect their business’s profitability and strengthen the value of prearrangement for the families they serve.”

Thomas Pontone, President of Matthews Aurora TM Funeral Solutions echoed Lang’s thoughts. “Matthews Aurora TM is incredibly excited to partner with Homesteaders to offer the new P3 to our customers. The expanded program offers a compelling value proposition to funeral professionals and provides greater peace of mind to families. Thousands of funeral homes across the country have enjoyed the benefits of the Aurora program, and today we can offer the new P3 to many more customers as part of our integration strategy of bringing together the best solutions from both Matthews and Aurora.”
