FrontRunner Professional is proud to welcome and announce Jessica Vanderhelm and Megan Goldsberry as its newest members to the expanding in-house client flower program, Heartfelt Sympathies.
Heartfelt Sympathies, a division of FrontRunner Professional, was created to ensure the quality and timeliness of all FrontRunner client’s online flower orders. It has a dedicated team of customer service representatives that not only help FrontRunner clients optimize their website and flower sales, but ensure a great experience for families who order flowers through the funeral home website or need assistance over the phone.
Ms. Vanderhelm brings with her multiple years of office experience and an elaborate customer service skill set. Ms. Goldsberry also brings years of customer service experience to the Heartfelt Sympathies division. Both additions are already proving to be an asset to the team. With FrontRunner, Jessica and Megan will work alongside the Heartfelt Sympathies team to ensure the FrontRunner standard of online flower delivery and ecommerce is achieved.
