OGR Fall Forum Set For Indianapolis, IN, October 16-17
AUGUST 19, 2015, AUSTIN, TX –- The International Order of the Golden Rule® (OGR), the world’s leading professional association dedicated to making independent funeral homes exceptional, hosts The Fall Forum education conference October 16 – 17 in Indianapolis, Ind. at the Marriott Indianapolis Downtown.
Immediately preceding National Funeral Director’s Association’s (NFDA) International Convention & Expo, The Fall Forum will devote the entire event demonstrating how funeral professionals can use technology to save time, money, and headaches. Speaker Patrick Schwerdtfeger, will show ways to better position funeral homes on social media and beyond. Robin Heppell will demonstrate how to convert online searchers into customers and recommend ways to handle online reviews. Also, learn practical steps to ensure compliance with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard, know how to protect customers’ financial data and avoid getting sued, presented by Eric Castiglia.
