NFDA Convention Keynote Speakers Will Inspire Personal and Professional Success

Brookfield, Wis. – The National Funeral Directors Association (NFDA) today announced that Chip Eichelberger and Robert Stevenson will headline its 2015 International Convention & Expo. The NFDA Convention will take place October 18-21 in Indianapolis, Ind.

Chip Eichelberger, CSP, Get Switched On! The Incredible Power of Attitude and Activity

Opening General Session, Monday, October 19, 9:45-11:45 a.m.

After hearing an NFDA update from President Robert Moore IV, CFSP, CCO, and CEO Christine Pepper, CAE, attendees will learn how they can be “switched on” for every phone call, every day, every customer, every employee, and every time they walk in the door at home. They will discover how to recapture the energy that creates loyal, super-achieving employees. Eichelberger’s contagious vitality and entertaining, interactive approach will help attendees use early detection to reverse potential failures, confront brutal facts, clarify their vision, and close the gap between where they are and where they and their business can be. Eichelberger will help attendees find new ways to embrace change, seize opportunities, find balance and get “switched on.”

Robert Stevenson, How the Best Get Better!

General Session, Wednesday, October 21, 12-1:30 p.m.

“In life, as in nature, today’s peak will be tomorrow’s foothill.” This proverbial double-edged sword cuts to the core of performance – both business and personal. Right now, mandates from management throughout the country all seem to say the same thing: to be successful right now, and in the future, we must constantly strive to learn more, improve service, increase customer satisfaction, and expand market share – in less time and with fewer people. Internationally-renowned motivational speaker and bestselling author Stevenson will help attendees ignite the fire of positive change at their firm and keep it blazing long after the NFDA Convention is over.
