12-Point Smart Advantage Is A Pledge And Guarantee

Smart Cremation proudly introduced The Smart Advantage, their exclusive customer assurance program, in a meeting today of its employees.  The program was developed, refined, and implemented during the seven years of the company’s existence, and now has been formalized so that families know up front the costs, process, and benefits that are guaranteeed to them in writing.

Vinnie Faccinto, Smart Cremation Senior VP of Operations and Business Development stated, “While almost half of those who die today choose cremation over traditional burials, we’ve learned that few of them understand what it entails, what the reals costs include, and what makes one cremation service different from the others.  Our new customer assurance program, The Smart Advantage, has been designed to answer those question as well as meet the changing needs of today’s population.  That is, simplicity, compassion, personalization, and dignity.  It is also our pledge to those who come to us at the saddest and most stressful times of their lives.”

“The Smart Advantage also recognizes the wishes of families,” Mr. Faccinto added, “who don’t want to go to funeral homes to make final arrangements for their loved ones.  Our Smart Arrangers will come to service families where they are most comfortable, usually in their own homes, to go over all the details of saying good-bye.”

This program guarantees that all costs are spelled out in advance in plain language with no hidden or unexpected charges.  It also explains the Smart Assurance Identification System which is a chain of custody process designed to monitor and track the loved one from the time he or she is taken into Smart care through crematioon and to the personal handing over of the urn into the family’s care.

Smart also guarantees that they will take care of all the paperwork in a thorough and expeditious manner meeting with all local and state legal requirements.

There are also two important benefits to available exclusively to Smart customers.   One is a free-online obituary service, Smart Life Stories, which can be viewed on the website and archived for generations to view.

The other unique benefits are outlined in the Smart Veteran’s Program, which includes a Smart Cremation Veteran’s Kit that explains all the rights guaranteed to those who’ve service in our armed forces.  Smart Arrangers will also work with the National Cemetery Scheduling Office to arrange the service, location, time, honors, marker or columbarium inscription and The Presidential Certificate.  They also will obtain the proper disposition permit and see that the Urn is delivered to the National Cemetery by their staff, unless the family prefers to take it themselves–all at no charge to its families.

Smart has locations in California, Oregon, Washington, and Arizona and has served 30,000 families over the years with both Pre-Planning and Cremation services.
