FDLIC Recognized in the National Top 20 Great Places to Work List for 2014
ABILENE, TX – Funeral Directors Life Insurance Company (FDLIC) was recognized by Great Place to Work® as one of the top 20 companies to work for in the United States on their 2014 Best Small & Medium Workplaces list, published on September 18th in FORTUNE magazine. FDLIC was ranked #18 out of hundreds of companies analyzed across the nation. This honor is in addition to being recognized earlier this year in Texas Monthly as the #1 Best Company to Work for in Texas (mid-sized company) based on a survey by the Best Companies Group.
For this nation-wide survey by Great Place to Work®, FDLIC participated in a rigorous selection process, which included an employee survey and an in-depth questionnaire about benefits programs and company practices. Great Place to Work® evaluates each application based on five dimensions of a great workplace: credibility, respect, fairness, pride and camaraderie.
