New eBook Offers Advice for Thoughtful Advance Preparation to Provide Comfort and Peace of Mind at End-of-Life Transition

The passing of a loved one may evoke a range of emotions, from relief to sadness.   The How-to Guide, “Preparing for a Loved One’s End-of-Life,” includes a helpful checklist for coping with life without loved one, with suggestions including joining a bereavement support group, getting involved in a new activity, establishing a tribute or memorial , or talking to a grief counselor.

The guide also includes suggestions for honoring a loved one in the years to come, such as planting a tree in a loved one’s name, finishing a project the deceased was working on, and planning a memorial service or candle light vigil on the anniversary of their passing.
