FuneralTech announces exclusive partnership
FuneralTech is pleased to announce an exclusive partnership with Dr. Bill Webster to provide grief resources to our valued clients. Dr. Bill has developed the Grief Journey Support System, an innovative, multimedia program that Funeral Directors can make available to their families and community. This is seen by funeral home clients as a great benefit, as this now provides your Funeral Home with a personal grief support system right on your own website, with all the work and maintenance taken care of by FuneralTech.
While most funeral homes do a great job in providing written material to their client families, Dr. Bill’s Grief Journey Support System goes beyond that. Research shows that people dealing with grief prefer to watch, listen and interact, rather than just read materials like brochures and newsletters. This program gives people the best of both worlds. Dr. Bill’s Grief Journey Support System is available to your client families 24/7 and is updated on a regular basis. Along with extensive written materials, Dr. Bill Webster’s Grief Journey Support System includes:
- A “Four Step Journey Through Grief”
- Video programs on various topics.
- The “Virtual Grief Counsellor” where Dr. Bill answers hundreds of questions on video.
- A 6 week community grief support program, including participant guide notes.
- An exclusive Facebook forum.
- The Grief Journey Library of Articles
- A section for people who are going through a life threatening illness.
- Information on how to plan a funeral, including poems and readings and how to deliver a eulogy.
These resources are the culmination of Dr. Bill’s 25 years of experience working with people who are dealing with grief . Dr. Bill is someone who knows about grief, not just in theory but from personal experience.
