Ben Hardy Joins the American Crematory Equipment Company Team

American Crematory Equipment Company, a California based company, has added a new sales representative to their East Coast Division.  American, which continues to have a strong presence throughout the North America and beyond, is steadily growing their name in the Eastern sectors of the United States where Ben will be based.  American is excited about their new addition to their team, Ben Hardy, and extremely confident that it will be a great move for their East Coast Division.

“American believes that ‘Service is Everything’ and I have always been a very service- and relationship-oriented sales individual. This is a fantastic fit for everyone involved,” said Hardy.  American has strategically put service centers throughout the country to better serve their customers.

Hardy, who is a 2011 graduate of Appalachian State University, is no stranger to the funeral service industry. Like many in the industry, funeral service and supply has been a family affair for him. Ben grew up attending tradeshows as a young child with his Father who is in the cremation container business. When he was old enough, he began working in his Dad’s warehouse learning different aspects of manufacturing, customer service, sales as well as attending trade shows in various parts of the country. Throughout his college career, Ben continued working for his Dad whenever he came home from college for the summer and holidays.

After graduating from college, Ben moved to Macon, Georgia where he continues to reside and took a job working with a family owned casket company calling on funeral homes throughout the State of Georgia.  His success there allowed him to understand how important customer service is!

“The people that I have been calling on in Georgia have reassured my feelings about our industry. Everyone was very accommodating and I enjoyed building those relationships,” said Hardy.

In his new position at American, Ben is excited for the opportunity to continue on a new career path of selling and marketing cremation equipment for both the human and pet industry as well as offering cremation services, supplies, and refractory repairs to the industry.

Hardy also said “Having grown up in the industry has led me to be very invested and loyal to funeral business. I am ecstatic about partnering with American, and I look forward to being a part of their team and the future that unfolds as we continue to grow within this industry.”
