FDLIC and Passare, Inc. Form Strategic Alliance
Funeral Directors Life Insurance Company (FDLIC) is proud to announce a groundbreaking, multi-faceted venture with San Francisco, CA based Passare, Inc. “FDLIC’s holding company, Directors Investment Group (DIG), is investing in Passare.com to create one of the most exciting and forward-thinking collaborations in the funeral profession,” said FDLIC President and CEO, Kris Seale. “Not only is DIG making a financial investment; we are also forming a strategic alliance with Passare.com through FDLIC. We will be working together to provide industry-leading online tools and services for both consumers and funeral homes.”

“Passare.com is very pleased to welcome DIG/FDLIC as a new investor. Our partnership with DIG/FDLIC is the testimony of relevance of the Passare.com value proposition, and complements the initial seed investment from 18 funeral industry veterans,” said Founder and CEO Charles Picasso.
