Seasons Hospice Foundation Making Debut at NFDA

For the first time, Seasons Hospice Foundation, a private nonprofit service organization founded by Seasons Hospice and Palliative Care, will have a presence at the 2013 NFDA International Convention & Expo (booth 3744). The purpose of their visit is to offer unique and creative partnership opportunities with local and national funeral service providers in effort to expand innovative experiences to hospice patients and their families that fall outside of the traditional hospice benefit.

The Foundation is most excited about opportunities surrounding the co-branding and sponsorship of several support programs including CareFlash an online tool for the family members of a hospice patient, designed to help families keep their circle of loved ones and support close when it matters most.  In addition, a children’s bereavement camp that provides a healing and supportive atmosphere free of charge for all children in the community ages 5-13 who have recently lost a loved one offers a variety of opportunities for involvement including sponsorship and co-branding.  Finally, Seasons will provide, participants with opportunities to sponsor a special resource of children’s literature, music and legacy programs and other opportunities designed around an exciting documentary film by Judith Burdick called “Transforming Loss” who will also be at the conference and screening her film Wednesday morning.  They are also putting together a community resource guide for all their hospice patients and their families with proceeds from advertising revenue to support the programs and mission of the foundation.

The ad opportunities start at $75 and sponsorships at $1,500 and offer each funeral & cremation service provider a unique way  to expand your outreach by creatively marketing your services in a prominent and tasteful way that provides important services for those most in need at a very critical time in their local community.  So for you forward thinking directors check out a unique marketing opportunity by visiting Seasons Hospice Foundation booth (booth 3744 close to the Batesville booth) Greg Grabowski President & CEO from Seasons Hospice Foundation, Jay Drayer Founder of CareFlash and on Tuesday Judith Burdick filmmaker will be at their booth as well.
