Transparency is a word we use frequently when working on social media strategies with funeral homes. We encourage funeral directors to ‘humanize’ their image and be transparent. So many times we hear consumers talk about funeral directors like they are machines and don’t feel pain, hurt or loss. Not true, funeral directors grieve too.
The below video is one we did with a funeral home social media client and this is one of the most transparent videos we have ever done with any client. Funeral directors are human and they themselves aren’t exempt from death or grief. This video is proof that when death occurs many funeral directors call on the service of other funeral directors.
