Carl Wackerle joins Forethought’s Life Division as Vice President of Agency Accounts

Forethought Financial Group, Inc. (Forethought), a leader in the preneed insurance market, announced that Carl Wackerle has joined Forethought Life Insurance Company as Vice President of Agency Accounts for the Life Division.  He will be responsible for cultivating new business opportunities, managing key agency accounts, and fostering growth through existing product lines.

Wackerle brings extensive sales experience to Forethought, with significant knowledge of the insurance industry.  Prior to joining Forethought, he spent 14 years with National Guardian Life Insurance Company where he held various sales and marketing positions of increasing responsibility during his tenure, including Marketing Manager, Director of Sales Development and Assistant Vice President of Sales.  Most recently he served as the Regional Vice President of Sales, focusing on the distribution and growth of their final expense products through key distributors.
