What Can Funeral Service Learn From The Drag Queen Business?
One of the things we admire about Caitlin Doughty is her ‘no fear’ attitude. She really holds nothing back when talking about death – though some in our profession are turned off by this, we think it is positive. She has a massive follower base of consumers and she is engaging with them in a non-traditional funeral director way – exactly the way her audience wants her to engage (others in this profession should take note).
