NFDA Negotiates New Lower Convention Hotel Rate for Attendees Offers Money-saving Discount
With registration rates that are, in most cases, much lower than 2008, and hotel rates starting at $140 per night, the National Funeral Directors Association is offering even more ways funeral professionals can save money while attending the 2009 NFDA International Convention and Expo, October 25-28, at the Boston Convention and Exhibition Center in Boston, Mass.To provide additional savings to those attending the NFDA International Convention & Expo, the association just negotiated a new lower rate of $259 (plus tax) for a single or double room at the Sheraton Boston Hotel ? a savings of $23 per night. Moreover, anyone who already made reservations at the Sheraton Boston Hotel will automatically have their rates adjusted accordingly.
For more information about all of the NFDA convention hotels and to make reservations, please visit www.nfda.org/boston2009.php and click on the ?Hotels? link on the left side.
In addition, everyone who registers for the NFDA convention between August 1-31 will receive $99 off any second convention registration with the purchase of any first registration at the regular price. The $99 discount can be applied to any type of registration, such as that for another licensed professional, your spouse or for an NFDA Expo-only pass. The $99 discount cannot be applied to Student/Apprentice registrations or toward the purchase of tickets for social events. To learn more about the discount and to obtain the discount code, visit the convention Website at www.nfda.org/boston2009 and click on the ?Register Now? link on the left side.
This year?s NFDA International Convention & Expo will connect funeral directors with thousands of their peers, thousands of products and thousands of new ideas for serving families, increasing profitability and securing their future ? it?s ?You to the Power of Thousands.?
