Adds Three New Key Employees

TULSA OK – CMS Inc, manufacturers of Advanced Crematory Technology has expanded adding three new key members to their team in response to continued market share growth and the growing demand for quality crematory equipment and dependable service.

 

Mark Ricci has been named Logistics Manager, John Elias as Account Executive New Equipment, and Jim Buland Account Executive – Maintenance and Repair.

Mark Ricci brings a vast wealth of knowledge to the company from his 35 years of experience in logistics and production management with companies including JB Hunt, Capitol Mercury, and Link America. His background provides him with the ability to clearly understand client needs and to provide realistic solutions to production, scheduling, delivery, and implementation.

 

John Elias is a 25 year sales veteran and an accomplished sales and client relation manager having worked with Humana, The Williams Companies, and Aon Risk Services. John will assist new and current CMS clients to identify the value of adding cremation equipment to their operation. In addition to his experience John possesses keen insight to assist customers in navigating complex purchasing decisions and help them receive a quality of experience unparalleled in the profession.

 

Jim Buland comes to CMS most recently from Logical Choice Technologies where he provided complex sales and service solutions to his customers. In his 18 years of sales and contract service experience he has worked with clients including LSG Skychefs, Brinker, and Kirtland Air Force Base. His commitment to valued customer relations and unyielding dedication to customer satisfaction will continue to propel CMS to the forefront of the cremation equipment, maintenance and repair industry.
