On November 16, 2012, well-known industry fixture Dawn Newborn has been hired as a Systems Analyst for ProComm.

 

Dawn Newborn, upon departing from a leading funeral industry answering service, joins ProComm on the heels of its national expansion efforts. She currently sits on the board for ATSI (Association of TeleServices International) and chairs several of ATSI’s ongoing efforts.

 

Ms. Newborn is a longstanding funeral industry and answering service advocate, with memberships in the National Funeral Directors Association, the Georgia Funeral Directors Association, the Alabama Funeral Directors Association, and others.

Having pioneered several widely-used systems in the call center industry, such as One Call, Ms. Newborn brings much expertise to the the table for ProComm.

Dawn Newborn is a mother of two children and native of Carrollton, Georgia. She has repeatedly placed in the top ten for the ATSI Award of Excellence, and has completed John Maxwell 21 Irrefutable Laws of Leadership Program.

 

ProComm is a nation-wide tele-messaging provider with corporate headquarters in Seneca, South Carolina, and major market presence in Hilo, Hawaii, Albuquerque, New Mexico, Raleigh, North Carolina, Portland, Oregon, and New Orleans, Louisiana. ProComm provides services to a a variety of professionals, and has a special focus on the funeral industry.

 

ProComm welcomes Dawn in the capacity of Systems Analyst. Her duties will include optimization of techonolgy and financial systems, as well as consulting with other growing call centers.
