Wilbert's Marketing Team Wins Design Awards

BROADVIEW, IL, MAY 2 , 2011 – Wilbert Funeral Services, Inc. in Broadview, Illinois has received three 2011 American Inhouse Design Awards from Graphic Design USA, an International news publication for creative professionals.

The three marketing communication pieces recognized with an award were the EcoChoices logo design, the Memorialization Choices ad, and the brochure for Wilbert’s new cremation packaging program – Commemorations by Wilbert.

For nearly five decades, Graphic Design USA has sponsored design competitions that spotlight areas of excellence and opportunity for creative professionals. The American Inhouse Design Awards is the original and premier showcase for outstanding work by inhouse designers. It has provided a unique opportunity for inhouse designers to receive recognition for their talent, for the special challenges they face, and for their contributions to their businesses and institutions. The competition’s categories include: print and collateral design, corporate identity and logos, broadcast and motion graphics, internet and multimedia design, advertising, sales promotions and point-of-purchase displays.

Each year the competition receives more than 4,000 entries from across the United States, but only a handful receives the Award Certificate of Excellence. Wilbert’s design team has consistently won awards in various categories for the past seven years.
