Aurora Casket Ranked Highest in Service Again

AURORA, Indiana – Aurora Casket Company, the largest privately-owned supplier in funeral service, once again received top marks for service in the annual Casket Survey conducted by the Funeral Service Insider.

“Funeral professionals are in the service business themselves. They tell us that service is the most important factor in determining how they choose suppliers, so we continue to invest in improving the world-class service we are known for. The results of this study reveal that Aurora products and services continue to lead the industry,” said Michael Quinn, President and CEO of Aurora.

Aurora operates five manufacturing facilities in the United States and Canada with more than 60 distribution centers located throughout the country, serving thousands of funeral homes.

“To be ranked number one in service speaks volumes for our entire team, from sales and customer service, to manufacturing and logistics. Everyone at Aurora is focused on our customers,” Quinn added.
