Fake Comments, Misrepresentation

This is a post we hoped we would never have to write, but it seems the time has come. I received multiple phone calls today from Mark A. Evans a past Batesville Casket Company employee who found that someone has been posting comments on this site representing themselves as (him) “Mark Evans”. We have since removed the comments and blocked the IP address of the person making the comments.

The beauty of the internet and the commenting system put in place on this site is that you have the freedom of speech to post and say what you, but when comments cross a line it cause a problem for everyone. We kindly ask that when posting comments you fully represent yourself or your alias, but DO NOT represent yourself and your comments as someone else’s.
