Be Buried Alive With Your Significant Other and Make Out While Others Watch Via Webcam?

imageYes, you read the headline correctly. There’s an event that happened on Saturday night called The Six Feet Under Club, in which couples can opt to be buried underground in a casket together.

The participants were then be inspired to make out while being filmed via a night vision webcam, and the video was projected on an outside wall for others to watch. This enabled the couples to experience “the warping of public and private intimate space” and being reminded “of the social norm of exclusive pair bonding ’till death do us part.'”

In San Francisco, there truly is something for everyone.

My question is: Where did they find a casket big enough for two full grown people to fit in, and then move around freely and make out? I like the principal of “till death do us part”, but I think there is a better way to symbolize the promise.
