Question Of The Week: Answering Services, Are They Valuable or Are You Just Flushing Your Money?
Answering Services, Are They Valuable or Are You Just Flushing Your Money?
This is a question I have asked many different funeral directors and I always seem to get a wide variety of answers. Some love the service and see it as a “must have”, others have the service but feel like they are just flushing their money down the drain, I have even talked to many funeral directors who don’t use an answering service and don’t think they ever will, they are just not seeing the value.
Below is a recorded conversation I had with Amy Allen from Directors’ Choice. Amy talks with me about the value of using an answering service as well as what funeral professionals should consider and look for when choosing an answer service provider.
What are your thoughts on answering services? Do you use one? Why or why not?
